Dave Dahler is a seasoned healthcare advisory and financial services leader with nearly two decades of experience guiding dental practice owners through growth, acquisitions, and successful transitions. He began his career with Bank of America Practice Solutions, where he spent 13 years building and leading business development efforts across a multi-state region.
He later held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Practice Sales at Menlo Dental Transitions and Principal and Director of Acquisitions at BlueSky Real Estate Group, expanding his expertise in practice brokerage and healthcare real estate. Currently, Dave serves as Co-Managing Partner at JW Practice Advisory, where he helps scale a national platform that blends investment-banking rigor with relationship-driven advisory, supporting practice owners through complex business decisions.
